The Experimental Histopathology shared resource uses techniques such as routine and special staining, immunohistochemistry (IHC), in situ hybridization (ISH) and digital pathology in support of internal and external investigators who rely on histological analysis to solve complex questions across a broad range of basic, translational and clinical research.

Leica LMD6 Microdissection Laser
For training on our Leica laser capture microdissection, or LCM, instrumentation, contact our LCM Specialist, David Sierra, to schedule a session.
Fluorescent Slide Scanner & Image Analysis Workstations
We offer training for the independent use of two fluorescent/brighfield slide scanners, the Aperio Versa 200 and Evident VS200. We also offer training for both HALO and VisioPharm image analysis software, in addition to providing imaging and image analysis services for a fee.
